The Diplomacy of Empathy: Club of First Voices was created in response to the growing need for inclusive, people-centered diplomacy amid global conflict and humanitarian crises. As Ukraine redefines its voice on the world stage, we saw an opportunity to highlight the unique role of First Spouses in shaping national identity, advocating for peace, and leading with empathy. Founded in London, our initiative brings together global thinkers, diplomats, and youth to explore how soft power, gender equality, and public diplomacy can drive meaningful change. Rooted in dialogue, research, and education, we work to amplify Ukraine’s presence in international forums and foster a new generation of empathetic leaders.
